Preprocessing of data (READ FIRST)

The raw eeg data can be pre-processed using eeguana package, for preprocessing the data the data/raw_eeg and data/opensesame_files are needed.

For preprocessing using ICA use:

00_preprocessing_ICA.R
01_ICA_visualization.R
02_clean_ICA_artif.R

Not that this will take a long time and will generate the (same) files (hopefully) that can be found in data/eeguana_pre…
