Description: Ever since mankind was born, strives to live in harmony, like a family. The family is considered the core of society, and the breakup of families has a negative impact on society. The social consequences of divorce include a decrease in the birth rate, deterioration in family education, a decrease in labor productivity, deterioration in health indicators, an increase in mortality, an increase in alcoholism, the destruction of family relationships, an increase in suicidal attempts, and an increase in the risk of mental illness. In recent years, the number of decrees in Uzbekistan has been increasing, in order to prevent such negative consequences, the main purpose of the article is to study the work done in foreign countries and apply some of them in accordance with national values.
