Wiki Version:
These data represent the geometric comparison of manual and automatic whole heart contours on a 4D CT dataset of 18 lung cancer patients. Imaging was acquired in 10 binned respiratory phases. Description of data: - **PatientID**: anonymised patient identification number - **Phase**: respiratory phase (%) - **DSC_INDIV**, **MASD_INDIV**, **HD_INDIV**: results from comparing the manual contour and the automatic delineation derived using atlas-based segmentation on each *individual* respiratory phase. - DSC - Dice similarity coefficient - MASD - mean absolute surface distance (mm) - HD - maximum Hausdorff surface distance (mm) - **DSC_PROP**, **MASD_PROP**, **HD_PROP**: results from comparing the manual contour and the automatic delineation derived using atlas-based segmentation on the 0% phase image and *propagating* to each of the subsequent respiratory phases using deformable image registration. - DSC - Dice similarity coefficient - MASD - mean absolute surface distance (mm) - HD - maximum Hausdorff surface distance (mm)
