Description: This project includes the technical details for a submitted manuscript (same title as the project, Development and Psychopathology). The tech report document is a technical report of the analytic procedures and choices made in support of the paper, specifically for the data preparation and cleaning. Analysis can be found in the rMarkdown file. Files: The tech report accompanies the .sas file “TOSS_EXT_INT_scaling_PCA 1_19_22”, along with the .pdf of the same name which includes the output, and the .log file of the same name including the log. The rMarkdown for the children-of-twins analyses “TOSS-COT-severity-directionality-1_11_22.html” begins where this tech report ends. Note that the date of the sas files occurs after the date of the analyses because additional comments were added for clarity in sharing code after the analyses were finalized. Data was frozen at the time of the children-of-twins analysis.
