**Welcome to the public repository for the COPE Study (Covid-19 and Perinatal Experiences Study).**
**COPE Survey:** \
We have developed a survey assess the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on the feelings and experiences of pregnant women and new moms. The survey was developed by Moriah Thomason (NYU), Alice Graham (OHSU), Elinor Sullivan (OHSU) and Michelle VanTieghem (NYU), with feedback from several colleagues, including Jennifer Ablow, Sarah Jensen, Amy Elliott, Akhgar Ghassabian, Julie Croff, Chris Smyser, Elizabeth Krans, and Natalie Brito.
**References:** Some survey questions were obtained from standardized questionnaires. These include the [Brief Symptom Inventory 18][1] (omitting suicidality), subset of questions from the the [PTSD Checklist for DSM-5][2], and mental health & substance use questions from the John's Hopkins COVID-19 Mental Health Measurement Working Group.
**Languages:** The surveys are available in English, Spanish, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, and French. Spanish translation was completed by Claudia Espinoza (NYU). The Dutch translation was completed by Marion van den Heuvel and Myrthe Boekhorst (Tilburg University) and Roseriet Beijers and Annefleur Veems (Radboud University). The German translation was completed by Julia Moser, Franziska Schleger, Julia Hartkopf, and Ilena Bauer (University of Tübingen). The Portuguese translation was completed by Ana Mesquita, Joana Antunes, Rita Pereira, Sara Martins, Isabel Soares, and Adriana Sampaio (University of Minho - Portugal). The Brazilian Portuguese translation was completed by Vera Mateus, Helena Nash, and Ana Osório. The French translation was completed by Flora Koliouli (University of Toulouse). The Greek translation was completed by Eleni Vousoura (University of Athens).
**REDCAP:** To facilitate harmonization of future data collected from this initiative, we have also provided a zip folder of the associated REDCAP project in both english and spanish.
**IRB examples:** To facilitate the dissemination of the surveys at different sites and institutions, we have provided example IRB materials, which includes digital consent forms, protocols, recruitment materials, and resource pages for participants.
**Follow-up surveys:**
