To run the code provided at https://github.com/JanaLasser/uni_SEIRX, download this repository and place the main folder /data in the root directory of the code repository. Note: at this point in time I can't publish the co-location networks needed to fully reproduce this study, since I don't have clearance from our data protection office (yet). Simulation results in the folder simulation_results/delta pertain to simulations with the parameters of the delta variant. The results are also described in this [preprint][1].
