The Third Research Transparency and Evidence workshop in Kigali, Rwanda hosted by Mount Kenya University Rwanda on 23rd February, 2018 brought together researchers and academicians in another forum to discuss how Pre-Analysis-Plans can be used to address the ethical issues and questionable research practices that have been seen to be prevalent in the research process We also looked at how Pre-registration can contribute to the research publication process and enhance credibility of research We had a practical demonstration on how one can pre-register in OSF and made a call to participants to be part of an initiative to develop PAPs for their research with an intention to have at least 10 PAPs preregistered in OSF
