Description: Emotional inertia can be defined as the persistence of an emotion state (e.g. sadness) over time. In this study we will firstly determine how adaptive and maladaptive CER strategies influence emotional inertia. Secondly, we will assess the extent to which any relationship between CER strategies and emotional inertia is influenced by sleep quality.
