**Original study:** Joshi, P. D., & Fast, N. J. (2013). Power and reduced temporal discounting. Psychological science, 24, 432–438.
**Target of replication:** The target finding for replication is the difference among three groups (high power, low power, and a control group) on measures of temporal discounting in nonmentary tasks.
**A priori replication criteria:** A successful replication would find that, priming power reduced temporal discounting in nonmonetary tasks, and, further, connection with the future self mediated the relation between power and reduced discounting.
