Public folder for article: "Overestimation of volatility in schizophrenia and autism? A comparative study using a probabilistic reasoning task" **data folder:** Contains two folders 1. a folder with raw data, including separate csv files for beads task, visual working memory task, and questionnaires (including Theory of Mind task). For more information please see the readme file. 2. a folder with processed data, i.e. summarized main variables of the beads task and the visual working memory task as reported in the manuscript. For more information please see the readme file. **manuscript folder:** Contains a preprint version of the manuscript and a supplement folder with supplementary material and analyses. **shapes folder:** Contains an R-script to generate the shapes that were used in the visual working memory task (VWMT). The task itself was programmed in labview. **math model folder:** The folder contains a pdf file with a thorough description of the mathematical model and a zip folder containing: - the code to run the mathematical model - an R file to execute the code (*runcode.r*) - results of theoretical probabilities and q values for all subjects of the current study Model and code by Prof. HÃ¥kon Tjelmeland, NTNU
