Description: In this scoping review, we aim to provide an overview of the current developmental status of digital, non-invasive, passive biomarkers for PD non-motor symptoms. In addition, we provide a critical appraisal of the reliability, validity and feasibility of implementing these biomarkers in clinical trial practice and define the future research agenda. Importantly, we do not restrict ourselves to disease phase or the field of Parkinson’s, as we recognize that important sources may lay outside PD.
