Wiki Version:
Code & data for recreating figures from Ratcliffe, Shapiro, & Staresina (2022). **Folders:** Data Contains processed & epoched EEG data (see manuscript for details) along with behavioural .mat files. Raw data (both .edf EEG files and raw .csv outputs from behavioural tasks) are not available here for storage size quota reasons. Additionally, data files to generate Figure S1 (inter-block baseline data) & data to generate Figure S4 (DMS stimulus-epoched data) are also not present on OSF. All these data are available upon request to the authors. Those subject folders containing only behavioural data were excluded from final analyses, either due to behavioural performance or due to low quality EEG (as detailed in the manuscript). Their behavioural data are included so as to facilitate replication of the outlier analysis that led to their rejection. ToGenerateFigures Custom Matlab scripts for the analysis of the data and for recreation of manuscript figures. Any external dependencies are clearly stated at the beginning of each function. Instructions for running are also present here. Any difficulties running these may be reported to oxr772@alumni.bham.ac.uk. Tasks Custom Matlab scripts for the running of the behavioural tasks described in the paper (including visual stimuli).
