Wiki Version:
Abstract: With the shift toward open access publishing, authors have plenty of open access options to publish their work. This also leads to an increase in freely available articles and challenges to stand out from an overwhelming amount of information. This course is for early career researchers who are looking to increase the visibility of their work. We will cover different types of licenses, online repositories, and how to work with publishers to increase the visibility of their article as well as how to track the impact of their article beyond citations.
