# Data Repository Finder
## Description
The [NNLM Data Repository Finder](https://www.nnlm.gov/finder) was created to help locate data repositories to share data, in compliance with the 2023 NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy.
Information in the [NNLM Data Repository Finder](https://www.nnlm.gov/finder) was pulled from [re3data](https://www.re3data.org/), the NIH BMIC website on [NIH supported Data Sharing Resources](https://www.nlm.nih.gov/NIHbmic/domain_specific_repositories.html), and from the repositories themselves. Special thanks to Collin Schwantes for pulling information from the [re3data](https://www.re3data.org/) API.
The software that supports the NNLM Data Repository Finder uses software created by Cornell University: Cornell University Research Data Management Service Group and Cornell Information Technologies Custom Development Group (2018).
