This means that a researcher or data support specialist assisting with creating a plan would need substantial expertise to be confident in acting in compliance. In order to reduce redundancy in effort and ensure a more thorough understanding of the policy, this working group will review the DMSP and related documents to provide implementation guidance for both researchers and research support staff (e.g. librarians, offices of research, etc.). ### Disclaimer on materials usage: *This guide is intended for educational purposes only and does not act as a substitute for official guidance from the NIH.
