This project contains all aggregate data, statistical code and results associated with 'The impact and cost-effectiveness of introducing the 10-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine into the paediatric immunisation programme in Iceland – a population-based time series analysis'. The statistical code is largely based on Dan Weinberger's code (https://github.com/weinbergerlab/synthetic-control-poisson) with slight modifications. For the impact portion of the analysis the code for each outcome (AOM, IPD and pneumonia) can be run by executing the script titled "paper_6_*_synthetic_control_run.R", where * represents the specific outcome of interest. For the cost-effectiveness portion of the analysis the code for each outcome (AOM, IPD and pneumonia) can be run by executing the script titled "paper_6_*_cost_saved.R" where * represents the specific outcome of interest.
