As one way to maintain a healthy lifestyle that is doing workout activities. This activity is known as physical exercise aimed at maintaining fitness. However, in 2020 this activity is mostly done from home or workout from home. This situation occurred following the COVID-19 pandemic so the government began to limit social activities. Seeing its benefits, implementing workout from home movements in daily life in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic is a solution in maintaining body immunity. Therefore, joint efforts are needed to socialize the workout from home movement. One of the groups that drives this activity is millennials. They are trying to get people to live healthy under COVID-19 through workout activities on Instagram. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of healthy movements through the distribution of workout information in the media. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive studies. This study aims to describe the process of information distribution workout from home on Instagram during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that using Instagram to disseminate workout form home information during the COVID-19 pandemic was said to be effective. The indicators are the form of messages, the contents of messages, and the frequency of messages in Instagram varies. The form of messages in the form of audio visual and text simultaneously. Types of messages related to fitness movements during the COVID-19 pandemic. While the frequency of messages is conveyed continuously through the hashtag workout making it easier for users to find information, make comments, and share the workout information with others.
