A zip file containing a copy of this (github) repository can be found on this OSF webpage. The data archive includes:</p> <ul> <li>Annonmyzed and transformed data used in the manuscript</li> <li>Documentation of storage of original data</li> <li>R scripts to produce figures and tables in the manuscript</li> <li>Elicitation software code used in the empirical study</li> </ul>
