Description: This OSF Project provides supplementary information to the manuscript "The Big Five personality dimensions in large-scale surveys: An overview across 25 publicly available data sets for personality research". In this manuscript, we portrayed large-scale data sets that include assessments of the Big Five personality traits. Specifically, we included surveys which (a) focused on the adult population, (b) were conducted in Germany, (c) were probabilistically sampled, (d) had minimum sample sizes of about 1,500 respondents, and (e) included an assessment of all Big Five dimensions with a validated Big Five instrument. This OSF Project is open to comments. Any data set so far not included that fulfills the inclusion criteria can be added via the comments.
