Description: The HPOG 2.0 National Evaluation Longer-Term Impact Evaluation measures longer-term impacts for HPOG 2.0 study members. Following on two earlier impact reports, the Longer-Term Impact Report (LTIR) extends follow-up through five and a half years after study entry for survey-based outcomes and for as long as seven years after study entry for earnings and other outcomes measured using administrative data. The LTIR will also investigate obstacles to longer-term training, informal employment, and second-generation outcomes (outcomes of children of the study members).
