Description: This component focuses on the concerns that Quebec-based parents of an infant or toddler aged 0-4 years have regarding their children's multilingual development. Based on a selection of questionnaire items from the overall project "Language attitudes, practices, and concerns of bi-/multilingual families raising infants and toddlers", this component aims to answer the following research questions – RQ1: What is the nature of parents’ concerns regarding their children’s multilingual development – are they a unified construct or are there different factors underlying their concerns? RQ2: What are the strongest concerns that parents have regarding their children’s multilingual development? RQ3: What parent and child characteristics correlate with these concerns, thus constituting potential predictors?
