Description: In this quantitative branch of the TOR project, we will conduct a cross-sectional, questionnaire-based assessment of players/teams, coaches, managers and support staff at German soccer youth training academies. In particular, we will collect actors' self-reports of experienced emotions, interpersonal conflict, social support, as well as motivational climate and psychological safety. We also aim to assess outcome variables related to performance satisfaction, physiological and psychological health, as well as commitment and social identification.
