Description: In this quantitative branch of the TOR project, we will conduct a cross-sectional, questionnaire-based assessment of players/teams, coaches, and general managers at German soccer youth training academies. In particular, we will collect actors' self-reports of experienced emotions, interpersonal relationships (e.g., conflict), social support, performance satisfaction, commitment (e.g., identification), physiological and psychological health, and complement this with available behavioral data (e.g., ranking, adherence, sick days). In our analyses, we will model the means and slopes both across within the different organizational levels (i.e., players, teams, coaches, general managers, academies).
