In short, in data.zip you can find the data, and in SM_cdsadsSeg.pdf additional analyses (such as register differences for recall and precision separately). To regenerate the reports above, you will need [RStudio](https://www.rstudio.com/). For further information on using Rmd for transparent (knittable) analyses, see [Mike Frank & Chris Hartgerink's tutorial](https://libscie.github.io/rmarkdown-workshop/handout.html). 1. Create a folder called reports (or whatever you'd like to call it) 2. Download the .Rmd file and put it into that folder (see full list of contents below) 3. If you are planning to regenerate the manuscript, make sure you also download algocomp.bib and put it in the same folder 2. Download and unzip data.zip 3. Put the extracted data/ folder (from data.zip) in the same place as your reports/ folder created in the first step (so that data/ and reports/ are "sister" folders, i.e. at the same level) 4. Double click on the Rmd to launch RStudio with the correct working directory (or if RStudio is already running, change working directory into reports/) 5. Click on the "knit" button near the top of the RStudio window 6. If anything fails, the most likely issue will be that you are missing a library. This is easily fixed: In the commands section (near the bottom of the RStudio window), type install.package("LIBRARYNAME")
