This open access repository contains the Mplus and R scripts for a study entitled "How University Instructors’ Achievement Goals Are Related to Subjective Well-being: A Cross-Lagged Panel Analysis" that examined the associations between faculty members' achievement goals and subjective well-being (positive affect, negative affect, job satisfaction, life satisfaction) across one semester.
