Description: The qualitative branch of this project will build upon initial quantitative analyses and examine the processes which shape the particular enviroment in which players, coaches and managers are (inter)acting. Focus groups with players and individual interviews with coaches and staff membes are expected to provide in-depth information on the formal (e.g., organisational structure and philosophy, materialistic pre-requisits) and informal (e.g., stakeholders' beliefs and expectations) constraints determining interpersonal interactions.
