This OSF folder contains more information about the project: Coping with the COVID-19 pandemic by using media: Extending the coping-fit hypothesis to media use. <br> It contains: <br> (1) the dataset <br> (2) Appendix A with additional result tables <br> (3) Appendix B giving an overview over the measures used including more information about the validity of the used measures <br> (4) the r code for the analyses <br> (5) a pdf containing the analyses <br> (6) the questionnaire from Wave 1 (a) and Wave 2 (b) in German <br> (7) Appendix C outlining the deviations from the preregistration <br> (8) A list over all variables used in the questionnaire <br> (9) An excel sheet showing the Bonferroni Holm correction. The preregistration can be found here: https://aspredicted.org/blind.php?x=vy9gk8. Please note that the manuscript does not contain all hypotheses and research questions. Due to the length of the preregistration which would have not fit into one manuscript we decided to only include the theoretically most interesting hypotheses and research questions (see 7).
