This project contains the preprint along with reproducible analysis code for the paper titled >Prediction of Health-Related Outcomes and Turnover Intention with the Munich Employee Health Questionnaire (MEHQ) by Bettina Maria Zweck, Florian Pargent, & Markus Bühner --- ***doc/*** - **Manuscript_Prediction_MEHQ_Zweck_et_al_2019.pdf** Preprint document - **Supplemental_Materials_Zweck_et_al_2019.pdf** Supplemental materials ***analysis/*** This folder contains all *R* - code required to reproduce the analyses reported in the manuscript (on the condition that the dataset is provided, and the batchtools package is configured to work on a computing cluster of choice). - **batchmark.R** - this script should be run on the computing cluster to build a *batchtools* registry - defined jobs are then run in interactive R sessions with the *batchtools* package - the *batchtools.conf.R* and *batchtools.slurm-lrz.tmpl* files are required by *batchtools* and configured for the the serial queue of the Linux-cluster operated by the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities (have to be adjusted for different clusters) - **collect_results.R** - postprocessing of the *batchtools* registry (used on a local computer) - benchmark tables - benchmark graphics - **final_models.R** - train final elastic net models on the complete dataset - extract model coefficients and hyperparameters - **descriptives.R** - descriptive analyses - CFA fit - reliability estimates - **predictive_modeling.R** - defines the machine learning analyses - sourced by *batchmark.R* and *final_models.R* - **preprocessing.R** - preprocessing of the dataset - sourced by *predictive_modeling.R* and *descriptives.R* - **session_info** - text file containing information about the software versions used in the analyses ***data/*** The scientific use file of the MEHQ dataset can be requested from PsychData at https://doi.org/10.5160/psychdata.zkba17mu29. Unfortunately, the data provider has changed the file format since our original analysis. To run our analyses, the .txt file provided by PsychData has to be converted into a SPSS file named *MEHQ_Welle123.sav* that has to be placed in this folder. --- If you have questions, feedback or other comments, please contact us at **florian.pargent@psy.lmu.de** or **bettina.zweck@gmail.com**
