Description: The file RSM_Code.R contains R-code to recreate the plots from the paper entitled "The consequences of neglected confounding and interactions: an illustrative example". Furthermore, the R-code to additional simulations, which are reported in the supplement, is given. The files "example_sim.Rdata" and "example_sim_paper.Rdata" contain simulation results.
