In this OSF project you can find the code and data required to generate the figures found in:

The MATLAB code and data used to generate each panel in this publication can be found in the "figures" folder in Files. Download this folder as a .zip and set the MATLAB current directory to that folder after unzipping. Each figure has a corresponding function ("figure_1.m," etc) that will generate each panel in the figure from raw or processed data.
More detailed instructions can be found in README.pdf in "doc" folder in Files, and an example of how to explore the phase tuning of cells is found in the "phase_data_example.m" in "figures" folder of Files. See also the "data_description.pdf" in the "doc" folder.
Functions were last confirmed working on Windows 10 64bit using MATLAB 2019b with Statistics Toolbox.
