Description: This repository contains the data and code necessary to reproduce the findings in the paper "Computationally predicting clinical drug combination efficacy with cancer cell line screens and independent drug action" by Alex Ling and Stephanie Huang (Nature Communications, in press). This paper introduces IDACombo, an R package for predicting drug combination efficacy using monotherapy drug screening data and the principle of Independent Drug Action. It also validates IDACombo using measured drug combination efficacies from In Vitro data and published clinical trial results, and it includes a prospective analysis to identify novel efficacious drug combinations.
