Description: How do generalized reciprocity and negative reciprocity influence employees’ task performance differently? we examined and demonstrated the effects of generalized reciprocity and negative reciprocity on employees' task performance, with the mechenism of social exchange. We also examined and demonstrated the moderating effects of emotional labor on the relationships between reciprocity and social exchange.
