The MyoSegmenTUM_thigh database hosts water–fat MR images with the corresponding segmentation masks for four functional muscles groups in the thigh. It is mainly meant as ground truth which can be used as training or test dataset for automatic segmentation algorithms (refering paper DOI: 10.1371/journal.pone.0198200)
