Description: This study describes the mental health and wellbeing of healthcare workers in the European Union, Norway, and Iceland, and analyses the association between mental health and workplace-related factors. The study is promoted by the WHO Regional Office for Europe and funded by the European Commission under the project “Addressing mental health challenges in the EU countries, Iceland and Norway”
