Wiki Version:
This project explores the relationship between the Markers of Adulthood (MoA; Arnett, 2001) scale and the Inventory of the Dimensions of Emerging Adulthood (IDEA; Reifman, Arnett, & Colwell, 2007), each of which captures a different construct related to the transition to adulthood. The IDEA and MoA have been used in conjunction across several studies as researchers explore what becoming an adult looks like for the current generation of youth. This page houses all materials relevant to the MoA/IDEA exploration. Included is a list of all manuscripts reviewed for the project, as well as a table of applicable hypotheses collected and relevant research methods for each study. A brief overview of the methods of this exploration and an explanation of our intentions and findings is also included.
