Raw fTCD data for COLA project. ------------------------------- **Data Description** Data were acquired at 6 sites: 1. Bangor 2. Lancaster 3. Lincoln 4. Oxford 5. UCL 6. UWA Participants are identified with a 7 digit ID number, listed as 'Gorilla_ID' in the ftcd_data.csv file. For each participant, there is data from 6 tasks: - A. Word Generation (WG) - B. Sentence Generation (SG) - C. Phonological Decision (PD) - D. Word Comprehension (WC) - E. Sentence Comprehension (SC) - F. Syntactic Decision (SD) Task order was counterbalanced between participants. The order administered is listed in the ftcd_data.csv file as 'Task_Order'. Each task has 18 trials, and the 'trigger' denotes the onset of the 'CLEAR' stimulus prior to the start of the trial. The task stimuli can be found in the [FTCD_task_materials component][1]. **Data Format** Data are anonymised .exp files exported from the Doppler box. Within each file, each row represents a time sample. The data were acquired at 100Hz. Depending on the site where the data was acquired, there are either 7, 9 or 18 columns of data. The columns used in the analysis are: - Time (when the sample was acquired) - Sample (the sequential numbering of the samples) - Gate 1 To Probe Env. (the envelope value for the left probe) - Gate 2 To Probe Env. (the envelope value for the right probe) - Trigger / Analog 1 / PortB_1 (the value of the 'trigger' channel, indicating when each trial began). Data acquired at Bangor, Lancaster, Oxford or UWA use the 9 column format, and the columns used for the analysis are 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9. Data acquired at Lincoln use the 7 column format, and the columns used for the analysis are 1, 2, 3, 4, 7. Data acquired at UCL use the 18 column format, and the columns used for the analysis are 1, 2, 3, 4, 11. Further details can be found in the ftcd_preprocessing.R script in the [R scripts component][2]. This participant was seen twice but did not have useable data in the first session, so data from that session now removed. 2nd session data remains and corresponds to the .exp files with this code.
