Wiki Version:
Scan images of one sample, i.e. sample 23. There are two types of scans: - '**cFos_**' scans, meaning images to detect c-fos expression. These are used by Imaris for cell detection. - '**auto_**' scans, meaning images to detect autofluorescence. These are used by Elastix/ClearMap for image alignment and annotation All images are saved as .tiff files. Images belonging together (same type, same sample) are saved in the same folder. Due to size restrictions, I have created **two sub-component**s, one for autofluorescent images, and one for the c-fos images. Go into each component to download the data. Together, the images sum up to about 50GB. If you are interested in **all images** of all (or a subset) of samples, please get in touch with the **corresponding author** Valeria Bonapersona. The size of the files is of several TB. You can then discuss what is the best way to transfer the data.
