## Data extracted for scoping review on reproducibility metrics
**Data_dictionnary.csv:** contains the data dictionnary combined for all datasets - the first column "Dataset(s)" gives the name of the datasets who include that specific column
**application_papers_dataextraction.csv:** the data extracted from the 49 application papers, i.e., large-scale replication projects
**methodological_papers_dataextraction.csv**: the data extracted from the 97 methodological papers
**EDI_topic_subtopic_application_papers.csv and EDI_topic_subtopic_methodological_papers.csv:**
For those application papers, respectively methodological papers, discussing EDI dimensions, the respective text was extracted and topics (and subtopics) were assigned to them
**interesting_application_papers_dataextraction.csv:** the data extracted for the interesting appication papers that were identified as part of the methodological papers
