## [Implementing Novel Technologies][1] Implementing novel technologies at organizations is often associated with certain failure. Users might not accept the novel technology which leads to slow integration of the technology in everyday work. Even more problematic would be user resistance of novel technology which would lead to more severe issues (e.g., resistance of using the technology for working).
