This section contains the files and information needed to plan an open and reproducible research methods workshop and report the results of the workshop to COS. **Before delivering a workshop using all or part of the COS open and reproducible research curriculum, please:** 1. Consult [Pre Workshop Checklist][1]. 2. Create an RSVP form for the event. Make a **copy** of [this sample form][2] and fill in the appropriate details. 3. Create a promotional flyer for the event. Make a **copy** of [this example flyer][3] and fill in the appropriate details. 3. After the registration deadline, please send a copy of the registration to Jolene@cos.io. 4. Send workshop participants a reminder email one to two days before the workshop using [this email template.][4] **After delivering a workshop using all or part of the COS open and reproducible research curriculum, please:** 1.
