Description: By adopting a transdiagnostic lens, this scoping review seeks to identify patterns, trends, and commonalities in the literature on predictors of job tenure that may be obscured when studying individual disorders in isolation. This approach not only allows for a more holistic understanding of the interplay between job tenure and mental health, but also provides insights that can inform more effective vocational interventions and support strategies applicable across diverse psychiatric conditions.
