Wiki Version:
These data have been originally published here: Renier, N., Adams, E. L., Kirst, C., Wu, Z., Azevedo, R., Kohl, J., et al. (2016). Mapping of Brain Activity by Automated Volume Analysis of Immediate Early Genes. Cell, 0(0), 1789–1802. http://doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2016.05.007 **Notes** - To make the download more manageable (about 100Gb), only 3 brains per group have been uploaded. - Those brains have been sagittally cut in half, and we had used a custom sample holder with "pikes" to hold the sample in place. Therefore, the midline has been damaged by the holder, and should not be included in the analysis. We now scan our brains intact to prevent such damages.
