Description: Here we provide a link to the curated data collection of open data in fear conditioning research. Currently, this this collection spans 103 datasets (as of 07/2022) that we have curated by including key specifications of the paradigm and sample used as well as variables of key interterst. The curated data collection is an intermediate step towards the long term goal to provide a dynamically growing database (i.e, repository) with living analysis and summary statistics features. You can access the data collection currently as view only (during the review process of our manuscript which will introduce it) via the link in the Wiki below. The data collection will become editable to contributors after acceptance for publication.
