## Capsule - https://codeocean.com/capsule/3994879/tree/v1 - You can run the markdown files in browser using Code Ocean. ## Code - The `code` folder contains all the markdown files used to make the manuscript. - `codebook.Rmd` makes the codebook to explain the data that is created in the manuscript markdown. - `contributors.R` creates the YAML for the manuscript header based on our CREDIT table. - `Stage2_*.Rmd` files create the manuscript and appendices. - Within `/includes` you will find translation guides, lab information, the bib files, and demographic data stored from the study. ## Data - Raw data is provided in the `data` folder separated by lab. - The in person data is separated by participant. The online data says "jatos" in it and is one large file of everyone. - PP: Picture - Picture task files - SP: Sentence - Picture task files - The lab tracking files are also included as `seq_out.csv` and the overall lab tracking file is `LABID.csv`. - These were downloaded directly from each team's separate OSF page.
