Description: Topside ionospheric O+ diffusive flux in solar minimum is derived from ISR data at Millstone Hill. O+ diffusive flux has evident seasonal, local time and altitude dependence. Geomagnetic activity changes the spatiotemporal variations of O+ diffusive flux through modulating the vertical structure of the plasma density profile in the topside ionosphere. However, such variations are clearly dependent on season.
