QUESTIONNAIRE NOTES** The questionnaires in this study were administered on the computer using Qualtrics software. However, we provide digital copies of the questionnaires here for documetation purposes. In some instances, the formatting may not exactly match the formating as displayed by Qualtrics The last two items from the Marijuana Withdrawal Checklist (21. Hot Flashes; 22. Depression) were mistakely omitted from the questionnnaire that participants completed. For consistency, they are also ommited from the questinnaire that is archived here. We also provide the MINI questions that were admininistered as part of the diagnostic interview to determine each participant's status regarding a Marijuana Use Disorder. **3.
