Wiki Version:
The files stored here are supplementary information related to the paper "Update of transmission modelling and projections of *gambiense* human African trypanosomiasis inthe Mandoul focus, Chad" (Rock et al., MedRxiv, 2021). The Matlab code used in the modelling - MCMC fitting to historical case data, future projections and estimation of model evidence (through DIC) - is provided in a single zip archive. Two thousand samples from the joint posterior distributions of each parameter fitted by MCMC, within health zone, for the model with animal transmission are stored in the second zip archive. To interactively view model counterfactual scenario analysis and current predictions under different future strategies please visit our graphic user interface (GUI) - https://hatmepp.warwick.ac.uk/Mandoulfitandproject/v1/ Epidemiological data such as numbers of cases and people screened were obtained from the World Health Organization's HAT Atlas and through the national control programme of Chad and are not included in the files. Please contact the WHO (neglected.diseases@who.int) if you wish to submit a data request.
