## [Future Skills of IO psychologists][1] 21th century work demands a new set of skills from the workforce. Technological developments, project based complex activities, and collaborative working require workers to adapt quickly and to be open to learn something new, and to be able to work on complex and potentially interactive tasks. This module describes a) why there might be need for new skills in the future working environment, b) which kind of skills there might be needed, c) how these skills can be assessed, and d) how these skills might be developed.
