Wiki Version:
Structural biology techniques can be hard to learn! --------------------------------------------------- This site, from the Wright lab at James Madison University, is devoted to free access of structural biology data and, with accompanying guides. Complete data sets of already-published NMR, SAXS, and X-ray crystallography data can be downloaded for teaching purposes. This site also contains helpful scripts, directions, and links to free programs that we frequently use. Many of these tutorials were either developed by undergraduates, or were orginally written for undergraduates or beginning graduate students. If you are searching for higher-level tutorials, good places to start are [BMRB][1] or [NMRPipe][2] (for NMR questions), [CCP4][3] (for X-ray questions), or the [ATSAS][4] webpage (for SAXS). Enjoy!
