Description: This project is based on the performance and heart rate data associated with the dissertation of Dr. Brittany N. Neilson. It focuses on understanding how vagal tone trends during a vigilance task (before and after a break) as well as how it relates to the corresponding vigilance decrement. It analyzes vagal tone, via the heart rate variability measure RMSSD, with longitudinal modeling methods to better understand if any existing differences in vagal tone are indicative of the various vigilance decrements that were observed
