Wiki Version:
The raw data of the Awe & Art perception sub-project of the microdosing study has been uploaded on the OSF. We have created an R-script for preprocessing the data. This includes the exclusion of participants who did not meet our criteria (e.g., concurrent drug use), averaging the ratings for each of the different videos and artworks and reformatting the data in order to allow a RM ANOVA in JASP. So far, the data has been blinded with respect to Condition (i.e., whether participants started off with the microdosing or the placebo condition). The blinding will be revealed for the final analysis, which will be conducted in JASP. This involves replacing the randomized condition info on line 183 in the R-script: (awe_all$order <- rep(sample(0:1, nsubjects, replace = TRUE))# Use a random assignment to order (Psilocybin first vs. Placebo first; only after the analysis script has been finalized the blinding will be revealed) With the actual condition info, which will be obtained from the data manager involved in the project.
